UK Shipping

We offer FREE UK shipping on all orders over £40.

Orders under £40 are charged a flat £2.99 shipping fee.

All orders are carefully packed in discreet packaging, with no unnecessary information about the contents displayed on the outside.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of your order being placed.

During particularly busy periods, launches or public holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, UK orders will typically arrive within 2–4 working days.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by delays outside of our control.

International Shipping

International shipping options and prices are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery country.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you’ll receive your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos.

We’ll investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
